Operation of the Spray Bars – When the water has been heated, the water pump and motor activate together. The bars spray water at various pressure levels during the cycle to wet, wash, and rinse the items in the racks. Water Filtering and Drainage – Throughout the wash cycle and after the last rinse, dirty water falls to the bottom of the container and flows out through a filtered drain exit. The filter prevents food particles from getting through. This is important since the soapy water is reused several times, then heated again in the tank and pumped back through the spray arms. At the end of the cycle, the dirty water is then released to the drain pipe and the load is rinsed with clean hot water that also flows directly to the drain pipe.
